Can you produce custom size boards?

 

Yes. However, we can only produce custom size boards for customers who require 10 or more boards. Generally speaking it is far more cost effective if you use one of our standard metal sizes - 75cm x 100cm and 55cm x 75cm.

 

 

 

Can I create my own board?

 

Yes, see our Create Your Own section where you can attach your own high resolution JPG image file and upload it with your order. If you need any assistance in preparing and uploading your file please contact help@magneticboard.co

 

 

 

Do you offer a design service?

 

Yes, but this service is more suitable for Corporate customers. We can quote for doing modifications to our exiting products or originate bespoke designs to your specific requirements. For a quotation, please email online@magneticboard.co

 

 

 

Does the board come with screws?

 

Yes, all our products are supplied complete with screws, wall plugs, screw cap covers and fixing instructions.

 

 

 

Can I fix a board to a plaster boarded wall?

 

Yes, but we recommend that you use special wall plugs for plasterboard. For advise, please contact a hardware supplier or a qualified trades person.

 

 

 

How heavy are your boards?

 

Our boards are made from 1.2mm steel sheet. Fully packaged, they weigh 7.2kg (75cm x 100cm) and 4kg (55cm x 75cm).

 

 

 

Do you have a retail store where I can see your boards?

 

No, we currently sell exclusively online, however, we do attend various consumer exhibitions, so please contact us or join our newsletter for details of future events. You can also join us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter for all the latest news.

 

 

 

How do they come packaged?

 

We have developed very durable packaging to ensure your board is delivered in perfect condition. We also use premium courier services to make sure your order is handled with care. However, please inspect the outer packaging before accepting a delivery and if you’re in any doubt we would ask that you check for any damage. If in the unlikely event your board is damaged, please rest assured that we offer a no quibble guarantee and will replace it as fast as we can, providing you notify us within 7 working days of delivery.

 

 

 

Do you ship to countries outside of the EU?

 

We mainly serve all EU countries. However, we do regularly export throughout the rest of the world and can quote for extra shipping costs upon request. 

 

 

 

What are your boards made of?

 

Our boards are made from quality 1.2mm steel sheet and coated in a durable and scratch resistant, high gloss finish.

 

 

 

Are you boards Dry Wipeable?

 

Yes, all of our boards have a dry wipeable surface, however, not all of our designs are suitable, as lighter colours or plain wipe make the best dry wipe memo boards.

 

 

 

Are the colours I see on screen the same as the finished board?

 

We try hard to ensure that our boards are represented accurately online, however, due to the limitations of computer screen graphics, colours can vary slightly. If precise colour matching is an absolute necessity, please contact us and we will arrange for you to supply a colour sample for us to match. Please note that we make a small charge for this service.

 

 

 

Do your prices include VAT?

 

Yes, all of our prices include VAT. If you are eligible to reclaim VAT please supply your VAT number and company details at time of purchase.

 

 

 

Can your boards be used outside?

 

No, our boards are guaranteed and manufactured for internal use only.

 

 

 

Can I use any fridge or office magnets on you boards?

 

Yes, absolutely. All magnets can be used on our boards. Liberate your fridge or see our range of magnets.

 

 

 

Can I reproduce the image on my board for my own use or for commercial uses?

 

No. Please note that all of our designs are protected by Copyright and reproduction is strictly prohibited.

 

 

 

Can your boards CE marked?

 

Yes. All our products are manufactured to the highest standards and are fully CE compliant.

 

 

 

Where are your boards manufactured?

 

Our boards are manufactured in the United Kingdom to the highest quality standards. We employ rigorous quality control processes to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

 

 

 

How long is delivery?

 

We can normally deliver within 7-10 working days from time of order. Please note that if you order at a weekend or on a public holiday, then calculate the first working day afterwards as the start point for the estimated delivery period.
